shrink to fit problem

I am experiencing the shrink to fit problem with outlook 2003. Emails
printed can sometimes become so small they are almost unreadable.

I have gone to this webpage http://support.microsoft.com/kb/932538

There was no FEATURE_STF_Scale_Min so i had to create it. I then had to
create a new DWORD called outlook.exe and input 100 into the value in order
to turn off the shrink to fit. This is not fixing the problem however.

How do you fix the shrink to fit problem?

Did you contact Microsoft Product Support Services, obtain, and install the
hotfix listed in the article? From what I read in the article, the hotfix
is required for he registry modifications to work.
