text Resolution

Hi, I went to a php site where an application generates images with text.
This text has a real 600x600dpi and it is ideal for laser printing. With
asp.net I couldn't find a way to generate hi-quality containing text images.
Even if i change the resolution the text is not sharp...
Does anyone knows something?
