Text over video?

I can insert a video / motion background (such as motion backgrounds from
animation factory). I typed a text box over the video, but when I hit F5 to
view slide show all that shows is the video - no text.

Is it possible to show text and video simultaneously?

In PowerPoint, you can't place text or object over a video. Video clip will
always be on top.
