Text on Y-Axis

I'm trying to get text as a value on a bar graph. The
data is similar to the following.

Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday
Brown White White Yellow

I want to have the colors as the Y-axis.

Can anyone help?

Charlie -

You can define a dummy series to simulate the axis, and transform your
data, such that White=1, Yellow=2, or some appropriate scheme. Here's a
