Text is to small

I have set the text size to "largest" in view on tool
bar, and have set internet properties to"ignore web page
settings" still no luck, Please help,

If the largest text size doesn't do the trick the next, and easiest, step
might be to reduce the screen resolution. If you're using, say, 1280 X 960,
try 1024 X 768.
