Text Indents After the First Line???

Sometimes - for some reason - 2nd and after lines indent a few spaces after
the first line. I can't get them to left justify/line up with the first line,
no matter what I try.

What is the fix here?

You need the ruler, use View - Ruler to show it. Click into your text and
drag the lower triangle on the ruler so that it is exactly beneath the upper
one.
