text in form fields disappears when resizing browser window

When filling out a FrontPage form within any browser, if you enter some
information then attempt to resize the window, all the text information or
options you entered disappear. Is there any way to prevent this?

The smart ass answer is "don't resize the browser after entering information
into the form", but I believe what you're describing is a function of the
browser starting a new session when resized, so the answer may not be that
smart ass.

No, that is a browser issue, there is no HTML code, etc. to control this.

Why would a person need to resize the form window once they start to enter data?

Yup... trust me... I said the same thing. I have a group of users
complaining about this and basically I've been telling them not to resize the
window. Why would you? Just minimize it if you want it out of the way.

Was just hoping there was a fix or a script to get around this. Not all
forms do this, it just seems to be FrontPage.

Thanks anyways...

Hard to believe, but I suppose it is the same reason error trapping is
needed to keep people from entering 7 numbers for a SS#. In fact 3/4 of
all programming is error trapping.
