Text formatting

Can someone explain to me how to get my text in astate where it will stay in
proportion to my banner. The website is www.noralcoinstruments.com. You will
notice in a 1024 x 768 the text runs off the page. Even if I insert a table
the same thing happens. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Place it in table that is the same width as your banner.

Include the banner in that same table. Define the width of the table (and
not the height).
