When I edit a label on a form the words are on a dark brick color. This
makes it difficult to work. How can I change the color to a lighter color?

Go to design mode, right click on the label and choose properties.
There is a color property for the text and the background, and I believe the
frame as well

Change your windows colourscheme.

Meindert - I think you are in the correct direction, but I don't know how to
do it. I tried changing settings in the options window but it didn't help.
Can you tell me know to dhange the colorscheme?

Joseph - I'm not talking about the label background, I'm referring to the
highlight color that appears when trying to change the text within the label.

thanks guys!
Sue

It's not a access problem. Go to your desktop. Right click. Choose
properties. Go to the appearance tab. Choose a predesigned colourscheme or
try the advanced button and change the color in selected items.

Thanks, but that didn't change it and I don't see a setting anywhere for
highlight color.
