Text Driver install

I just picked up a new flat panel LCD from Realsync. The
product doesn't come with a driver disk. I went to the
manufacturers website and down loaded a driver and got
the following text file:

I have no idea what to do with it. I see my particular
monitors name in the text and that's where my
understanding stops. I need help. My monitor shows as a
generic and the refresh rate is stuck on 60 hz, which is
killing my eyes.
