text display problems

Three problems all regarding text.
1. When you move the mouse over a highlighted block the text is mixed in
with the background and I can't read either text, they are jumbled together.
2. When there is a box for search or fill in the text that is around it will
sometimes only show partial words like it is being overwritten, and the
buttons are only showing the top half of text on the button.
3. A pop up window isn't showing the buttons to move to the next page or
page back.

I've tried changing the resolution and nothing seems to work. What can I do???

You could state what application you're using (Microsoft Word? Excel?
Other? Which version?), then post your question in the appropriate
newsgroup.
This group deals with Windows issues, not word processing.

I'm using window XP. I'm having the problem when I'm online, using Internet
Explorer.

Here are a couple of options:
- Download IE6 from the Microsoft site and re-install it.
- Walk around the problem by downloading and installing
Firefox.

Hi, i recently had a problem with my new computer. I got it fixed, then once
i got it back there were a few changes to my settings. When i have a webpage
on display on my screen it only comes up on half the screen (so the otherhalf
is just white) instead of using the whole screen.

Can someone please let me know how to change this back!!!
Thanx
