Text disappears when using work wrap

I opened one of my spreadsheets a few days ago and a lot of the cells were
blank. The text was there but not displaying in the cell. I noticed that if
the cell had 'Word Wrap' set, the text would disappear. It prints fine and
even shows up in 'Print Preview' but will not display on the screen.

I checked on spreadsheets used a number of months ago and they are doing the
same thing. This just started and I did no updates or re-installs.

I am using Excel 2003 (11.6560.6568) SP2 on a HP Laptop Windows XP
Professional 2002 - service pack 2

If you switch format from non-Wrap to Wrap, does the row height increase? If
not try increasing the row height to around 200 counts.
