Hi,

I have Microsoft Office Excel 2003. OS = Microsoft XP Pro. Whenever I use
the Text Box, I must add several lines below the last line in order to see
the last line when I print. Also, when I print the Text boxes move up a
little causing my drawing to be a little distorted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check for newer printer drivers from the printer manufacturer. Also if
this is a HP printer, some times turning off or disabling "Advanced
printing features" in Printing Preferences, Advanced, can cure odd
alignment printing.
