Text box to get user input

I created a form to analyse sales performance.The form is
designed in such a way that it lists all the products in a
combo and a second combo lists all the financial quaters
in which the product was sold. Then other details are
displayed in text boxes.
Due to the large product list and the huge database size,
the form takes a longer time to load the values.
i want to replace the product combo with a text box that
user types the product name. Then he can choose the
financial quarter from the second combo and look at the
sales details.
I do not know how to design a text box to take user input
and look up values in a table.
All the details in the form come from a single query.

I am new to Access. So, please pen your responses
accordingly..thank you for that!!
