text box scroll bars

Hi,
I've got text box on my subform. Scroll Bars are set to Vertical.
But they never ever appear! Where am I making mistake.

Do you have the TextBox control's xxxMargin props set to anything other
than 0? If so reset these props to 0.

Also note that the vertical Scroll Bar in the TextBox only appears when the
TextBox has the Focus.
