text box memo formatting

I have a form with a text box. In the text box I can type for instance “LGRâ€.
When I hit the report button I get a message “Overflowâ€.

I hit a couple times the button “OK†and eventually get my report with “LGRâ€
bold and blue in the “Description†field. But the formatting is terrible.

Any suggestions on how to format the text box for the memo so it’s grouped?

Is this a regular text box or do you have some sort of coding and/or
downloaded feature that you are using?

Yes, it is a regular text box placed in a group header that needs to house a
memo text with the one word that I am looking for highlighted bold. However
there is a lot of coding in the report, in On Open, and On No data, and also
in the form in On Activate.
This one has been adapted from “CategDesc_2k.mdb†from Lebans web site.
Should I send the coding?
