I have a database that is used by several people in our dept. Its designed
using a switchboard with several report options:
Print single day, Print Multiple Days, Print by Event, etc….
They all work fine except the “Print Single Day†report. When selected, the
following dialog box pops up:
“This document was previously formatted for [printer name] which is
currently not available. Do you want to use the default printer [printer
name] ….â€
If we select “OKâ€, then we can run the report fine.
The formatted printer is one that is used by one group in our department,
but I don’t understand why that error comes up for that report only and not
the others. I’ve never seen this dialog box before. I tried to check the
properties for that report but I didn’t find anything different from the
other reports’ properties.
There is no “print buttonâ€, so it can’t be in any code associated with a
command button.
Any suggestions?
