I have following control source for my text box for the group footer
for the summary

=Sum([Week1Result]*IIf(IsNull([Week1Result]),0,[acd]))/Sum(IIf(IsNull
([Week1Result]),0,[acd]))

and realized that [acd] needs to get from a query, which is not
availble on the report.

My question is is it possible to run a query to get in the control
source property of yexy box on the report.

If yes, can some one give me the link for example?
If no, are there any workaround?

Take another look at the logic of your math ... if Week1Result is null,
you'll be dividing by ... "0"!

What (data source) is the report bound to?

Is the acd field in a table that has only one record? If not, you need to
specify which record.
