text alignment at 45 degrees

On the top (header) line, how do I angle the text 45 degrees on a column that
is skinnier than the header title?
 
Select the header cell
Choose Format>Cells
Select the Alignment tab
Under Orientation, set degrees to 45
(scroll to 45, or type 45, or drag the red diamond)
Click OK
