I'm looking for a game of Texas Hold'Em poker that I can downlod, install
on my XP computer, and play offline. It would be great if it featured
multuiple players and selectable levels of difficulty.

Many of the off shore casino's have the software you can download and use
to play in the "free" or practice rooms online with other players from
around the world. I have used two - partypoker and pacificpoker. I can
vouch that both are totally free and if you don't want to get spam from
Partypoker then use an fake e-mail when you sign up - pacificpoker has
never spammed me. Neither contain any malware either of any kind.

You get what you pay for in this case. The best is Wilsonware who make
Wilson Texas Turbo HE. Although it may be more than you want if you never
intend to play for $$.
