Testing If password is being cracked?

I have found some code which opens up a workbook all too easily..

Is there any way of testing to see if the password of a worksheet is
being unlocked? is after 10 times of failed attempts.. the work book
closes down?

there's no real security for Excel protection. So also this kind of
testing could easily be circumevented by simply disabling macros
