Test list of Links?

I used to have a piece of software that I could drag links to from a
browser and it would ping test each one. It was very convenient when
downloading things like linux iso images because I could see which mirror
was fastest.

anyone know what I'm talking about?

for some reason I thought the name was switchblade or something.
