Test Account Settings asks to enter network password?????

Last week I tried setting up Outlook to get get my Yahoo Mail, when I hit
Test Account Settings ... I had the problem I stated below. I was using a
wireless NIC on my laptop to begin with then I tried a LAN line and I was
able to set it up. Now today I tried sending an e-mail and it won't let me.
I went back into E-mail Accounts to check my setting and when I clicked on
Test Account Settings.... the same thing happened both with the wireless NIC
and the LAN line

My Problem:

When I click on Test Account settings... a popup comes up asking me to enter
network password.
There are 3 fields:
Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com (automatically filled in textbox that is grayed
out - can't make changes)
User Name:
Password:
and a checkbox that says Save this password in your password list

The username and password are automatically filled in and when I click ok it
doesn't do anything except that the box disappears and reappears. If I click
cancel, I get these 2 errors.
- Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Outlook counld not connect to the
incoming POP3 mail server b/c the server did not accept your user name or
password

- Send test e-mail message: Unable to test Message. Please verify the
E-mail Address field.

I tried re-entering my user name and password and it still doesn't work.

I double checked all the other settings and everything is correct.

Does ANYONE have any idea what is going on? If you do, can you please help
(

Unless you have a paid Yahoo account, you cannot use Outlook to access the
servers at yahoo.com. Do you have a paid or a free Yahoo account?
