Termserv.exe Won't Run

Following the install of terminal server licenses on the
domain controller (win 2k environment). The termsrv.exe on
the terminal server (separate server from domain
controller) will not start automatically or manually. If I
execute the termsrv.exe manually its runs for a few
seconds and then stops. The Terminal Server Service does
not appear in the Windows Servics either. Win2k SP4.

No errors messages in event viewer at all.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried removing the reinstalling terminal services?
