Terminate Support of W2K Server ?

We are going to make the decision - To upgrade our
hardware and Windows 2003 server OR continue to use the
existing one with Windows 2000 Server.

One factor we would like to consider is when MS will
terminate the support of Windows 2000 Server ? Is there
other aspect we have to consider ?

The existing application runs quite happily on the Windows
2000 Server.

So why consider spending thousands on a new setup??? If you don't need the
money my address is....
