Terminate another process in vb.net cf

Hi.

i'm trying to write an app for WM5 which will terminate a totally
separate app which is running, but may have hung, the same way you
manually do it by going into memory, running programs, STOP.

Does anyone have and suggestions or example code? we are using VS2005,
VB.net cf v2.
