Is there any way to have Terminal Services run on XP like it runs on
Windows 2000, where you can see the person that is Terminal Servicing
into your machine and what they are doing. When somebody Terminal
Services into Windows XP it will lock it so that you can't see what is
going on. Is there any way around this?

You cannot see what a visitor is doing during
a Remote Desktop session under WinXP,
and Windows 2000 does not offer Remote
Desktop at all. You need Windows 2000
Server for this.
