Terminal Services Manager

When I launch terminal services manager in a 2000 AD domain none of my 2003
servers show up. Any idea on how to fix this

Are the 2003 servers running Terminal Services (implied: in
Application Server mode), or just Remote Desktop for Administration?

If you have only RDfA running on them, they will by default not
advertize themselves as terminal Servers in TS Manager.
