Terminal Services Licensing question

Hello,

I've just configured a Windows 2000 server to run as a license server. I
activated the server. When I go to TS Licensing, it shows the server as being
active and says the following:

Existing Windows 2000 License. Type is "built-in". Total is "Unlimited" and
available is also "unlimited". Yet, everytime I tried to remote desktop into
this system with more than two connection I'm told that I don't have licenses
for any more connections.

Any ideas???
Thanks!

Hi

It sounds like the server is configured for remote administration mode
(2 concurrent) rather than application mode (unlimited).

A server in remote administration mode does not require a license server.
