terminal services ignores time zone setttings

How do you make terminal services pay attention to the
time zone settings. Each time I connect to a terminal
services server through a remote desktop connection the
time changes (ignores daylight savings time). This also
changes the system time on the server - creating much
havoc with Kerboros security. When the time is off more
than five minutes - users become supposed intruders and
are summarily denied network services.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
