Does anyone have the Terminal Services Advanced Client 5.01 Pack
referenced in Technet article 284439 that they could share with me?

For whatever reason, Microsoft has superceded it with something
which does not function per the above article. That is, the
connect.asp is not created with the new, improved installer.

Or is there some better method of obtaining the disconnect
codes?
