terminal service session problems

I am the only administrator connecting to the server via Terminal
Service. From some time ago I am not able to connect because there exist
my old sessions. Windows is trying to connect to one of the existing
session without resultat. How to fix it. Why windows do not delete not
active sessions?

You need to configure terminal services to reset sessions after a certain
period of time, or since you are the only administrator - learn to logoff
instead of closing the terminal server window. To configure TS to deactive
and reset sessions use "Terminal Services Configuration" in administrative
tools.

In order to reconnect to an existing session there are certain criterias.
Don't remember them all, but I think the client machine name must match.
