Terminal Server Access

Client is using dial up to access the Internet first then
logging on to TS. Logon works fine but times out quickly
and the user has to repeatedly reconnect. I feel this is
related to the connectivity method (dial-up). Can any one
found this for me?

Is it only the TS session getting terminated or the dialup connection is
also getting disconnected? If the latter then does this happen if the RAS
client is idle or it happens even when soem activity is going on? Check the
"Idle time before Hang up" setting at the client.
