Teredo tunnelling question...

Hi all,

recently I noticed two new TCP/IP entries on my laptop when I do an
ipconfig /all,
I did find out that they are related to the microsoft TCP/IP 6
protocol, but is this a posible backdoor to installed by some intruder?
and how did it get installed, I don't remember doing it.
should I disable it?

thanks

When you go to Start > Settings > Network Connections, click on your
connection > Properties. How many TCP/IP protocols are shown and what are
they exactly?

It's not a backdoor or anything malicious. It's included with XP Pro but
normally it is disabled by default. Disabling it should not cause any
problems.
