Temporary Storage

In Custom Forms-Manage Forms what is the purpose of "Temporary storage for
custom forms". Will increasing this size of this temporary storage eliminate
the need to clear the forms cache?

That setting controls the size of the forms cache. Changing it won't prevent
the cache from getting corrupted occasionally.
