Temporary Internet Files?

Something minor I've been curious about:

On older versions of Windows, there would be a system
folder marked "Temporary Internet Files". I found this to
be a useful thing to have when watching, for example,
QuickTime online movie trailers -- I could go into the TIF
folder, grab the trailer, and store it on my hard drive to
show friends later without having to find the page again,
wait for it to load, wonder whether the page was still
available, etc.

I've looked for a similar system folder on Windows XP, but
couldn't find any. Is there one?

Thanks in advance.

You'll find them in C:\Documents and Settings\<your login name>\Local
Settings. The Local Settings folder is a hidden folder so you'll need to
turn on the option to view hidden files and folders in Explorer.
