Temporary internet files not read only

Hi all,

I have two PCs with IE6 and Office 2002. On one machine Word documents are
opened from IE in read only mode, as expected, but from the other PC they
are editable. Do any of you know the setting that determines this behaviour?

With IE open:
Tools / Internet Options/ Programs/ HTML Editor/ Word
