room in C:\documents~\Bonnie~|local~\tmp~ Files like DF19C2.tmp,
DF9E43.tmp, DF5OF6.tmp what are these files?

Generally, most *.tmp files (along with *.~, ~8.*, *.!!~, *.--,
*.old, *._mp, *.chk, *.gid, and mscreate.dir and other quirky
files - too many to list plus it depends on your software) can
be safely deleted. They are generated temporarily and not
deleted due to sloppy programming or computer crashes or other
bugs.

You can also simply choose a different partition to DL to. Oh,
that's right, you don't have any partitions except C:, right?.
Well, clean all the garbage off you hard drive. You internet
cache is probably bursting at the seams.

Is the hard drive formatted with NTFS or FAT32?
