temporary download folder ??

am downloading software and it downloads to temp folder dosnt ask me to
save to disk which is what id like it to do i have searched my harddrive
for what should be a obvious folder hellpppppp i am using xp pro and and
have admin rights any help would be good as this is making me want to
scream cheers !
 
Hey, try right clicking on your software links...that you
normally left click, and click save as. That should let
you choose where to save it and let you name it and
everything.
