temporarily disable an email account

I have a website that is down and want to temporarily disable the email
acounts. Right now I am being prompted every few minutes for the password
for the down site. It is cumbersome.
I don't want to delete the accounts. Is there a way to temporarily disable
them so Outlook does not look for those emails?

Set your Outlook not to Send Immediately and use the dropdown arrow by the
Send/Receive button and choose "Send All" so that it just sends and doesn't
try to receive.

Would this affect the other email accounts that are working?
