Templates

I'm trying to create a template with my company's logo across the top. I've
done that but whenever I click in to use the template, if I change the
margins the logo changes. How do I create a template that is unchangable by
other users. I'm trying to make it so people in the office can just click
into it and change margins, type, etc. and not effect the logo at the top of
the page. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Put it in a first-page header. Have it anchored to the top and side of the
page (within the header).
