I have added a 2nd sheet to a template. My formulas in the 2nd sheet
reference cells in the 1st sheet. The 1st sheet name changes when
information is downloaded from a PDA.

Is there a way to reference a sheet who's name will change or a way to edit
all the formulas in a sheet to change the sheetname?

I'm using Excel 2003
 
This isn't elegant, but you could simple do an edit>replace, replacing the
old sheet name with the new sheet name.
