Templates not loading

ACCESS 2003
When I go to load a template from my computer for access, I get this error
for everything(even the ones I download).
"Workgroup administrator couldn't create the workgroup information file.
Make sure that you have a specified a valid path and file na,e, that you have
adequate permissions to create the file, and that you have enough disk space
on the destination drive. (-3100)

HELP PLEASE!!!

HELP PLEASE!!!

Found the answer to this problem. I saw many messages with the same issue
happening. I just installed office 2003, and experienced the same issue. Go
to :

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;317708

just do as this Microsoft site says by opening up Start, then run. Copy the
command into the run line. When the dll file is registered, the problem goes
away. Although it says access 2002, it worked fine on the 2003 version.
