Templates Not Complete

In Word 2003 the Professional Letter Template is not complete(the return
address and company name placeholders are missing)on some users' computers.
Yet, when the next class comes in, the complete template (with nothing
missing) shows up for users on the exact same computers! We are using
Windows XP.

It sounds like they may suppressed the page margins (White Space) in
Print Layout view. Go to Tools/Options/View and turn on "White space
between pages".
