templates for purchase orders with auto numbering

Does any one have a formula or a template for a purchase orde with auto
numbering ability ?
 
If you look at thentable in Design View and select the field you can select
it the data type to "autonumber". You should alse select NOT to allow
duplicates thereby ensuring each number is unique . Right click on the
field and select "primary key".

This may assist you in what you are trying to do.
