Templates for designing a Family Web Site?

I am new to the whole web creation scene. Since my wife insisted that we
create "your typical family web site" I've spent today learning enuf of Front
Page to lay out a basic page with a few pic's and a small video (although I
can't figure out how to just create a button that "launches the video vs
"mouse over" that start play.)

My question - is there a template that I can down load some where that
already has a basic design for a family web site where I can insert text,
pictures and maybe a video or two? (versus starting from scratch.)
