Template for self grading quiz?

Is there a template for a self grading quiz I could use in Powerpoint 2003?
Also, is it possible to keep track of participants scores? The quiz could be
a multible choice like the quizes microsoft uses in their office training
sessions.

The only way you can do this with PowerPoint is by using VBA (programming
