Template for new messages that all start out the same?

In Word a rule can be set to enter a word or phrase by selecting enter when
it comes up (like - To Whom It May Concern). I'm wondering if this can be set
up in Outlook also? I typically start emails back to customers with "Thank
you for your interest in our products" and it would be great if the same type
of rule could be set.

It would depend on which version of Outlook you are using.
You can always set up AutoCorrect for this as well.
