template for a photo membership directory

I'm creating a membership directory and want to insert a photo by each title
and brief description. Any suggestions?
 
Why not use a two column table with a row for each member? This has the
added advantage that you will find it easy to sort the entries
alphabetically (with their photos) if you need to.
