Temp files in %USERPROFILE%

I just installed Microsoft AntiSpyware on Windows Server
2003 SP1 R2 "1970." Now there are always 2 to 4 .tmp
files in C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local
Settings\Temp. I tried turning off "Enable the Microsoft
AntiSpyware Security Agents at startup" and "Enable real-
time spyware threat protection" and rebooting but the .tmp
files are still "being used by another perosn or program"
and I can't remove them at all.

This is just how the current Beta 1 release is. The undeleteable files will
be deleteable after the next Windows restart.
